Complaint: I FOUND KHALIL IN ALIBABA.COMHE ASKED ME TO PAY 15000 INR FOR SHIPPING AND CUSTOM CHARGES. I PAID TO UNION BANK ACCOUNT GITA BISHNU, AC/NO:- 412102010058889,IFSC :-ubin0541214,union bank of india , branch nehru place. i paid 15000 for shipping and delivery custom charges. now he was not responding not refunding my money and did not send my package. i was submitting the invoice
