This person is sending postcards in the mail repeatedly saying "I urgently need to speak with you about your property at ……". It also states "I am hoping that this card catches you in time." "Call me about this matter." "It’s important that I hear from you ASAP." At the bottom of the postcard it states: "I would appreciate you keeping this matter private. Sincerely, Jeff Blossom"These postcards DO NOT list a business or what he is trying to buy, sell, or scam. This is the third "urgent notice" that we have received.
