Johnson Roof Systems GATESVILLE Texas Review

I had a complete reroof done back in 2009 due to insurance claim for hail damage. Johnson Roofing sales person/estimator Bill Allred provided quote. i chose them as they seemed to have best documentation, sales pieces, they were GAF/ELK preferred installers, which was a quality shingle. nproblems started when it was discovered that Bill Allred had miscalculated how many layers were to be torn off. where they began to be dishonest and/or incompetent was where they demanded to be paid for work they never did. i had had my remodelling contractor tear off layers, and apply flashing in advance of Johnson arrival, because he was replacing trim for me. well this became difficult for Johnson to deal with. Bill Allred became impossible to talk with. i even had Sherri Johnson, daughter of the owner, and Jim Williams, sales manager, come tell me in person that they would do what it took to correct the mistakes they had made and things they had neglected to finish properly. this was just talk a

Bill Allred became impossible to talk with. i even had Sherri Johnson, daughter of the owner, and Jim Williams, sales manager, come tell me in person that they would do what it took to correct the mistakes they had made and things they had neglected to finish properly. this was just talk and nothing more. nwhat really was the final straw was the arrogance and contempt that Jim Williams later showed toward me as a customer/homeowner. his attitude was ‘you will have to prove that we didn’t do the work we are billing you for’ even as i provided them with my detailed bill from my remodelling contractor nthey ended up refusing to provide me with my warranty documents from the shingle manufacturer! i would not want to deal with them ever again. i can not speak to their commercial operations (they seem to do a lot of business for huge buildings, universities, etc.) as far as their residential operations are concerned i can definitely say they are very unprofessional.
