On 8/10/2020 I purchased 4 tickets from living social for kayaking for two. 2 from my email and family from their email. After we purchased tickets, we received a confirmation number and statement indicating I will redeem a code for reservations. The following day I received my code, however, the code wasn’t allowing me to enter. I immediately called center and they told me to go website. I explained again and they told me to go to the website. I also chat help and the same thing. They told me they will forward it to someone else. Basically, they are taking me in circles and no resolution. I explained it’s fraud for taking people’s money and not making reservations for people they should be entitled to a refund. They stated no refunds! So I’m stuck with tickets I can’t use! Please help us out, they are taking advantage of this covid crisis to steal from people!
